Global Management Trainee Program – Colombia

About the role

The Global Management Trainee Program is a 10‑month leadership development experience designed to fast‑track high‑potential graduates into future leaders at Hunter Douglas. Trainees rotate across key business functions, work on real projects, and receive mentorship from senior executives.

Key responsibilities

• Complete a three‑week onboarding program covering local hub orientation and global company induction.
• Rotate for five months through Sales, Supply, Logistics, Product, and Customer Service, participating in daily operations and project work.
• Attend a week‑long leadership and methodology training to develop system‑thinking skills.
• Lead a four‑month individual project delivering measurable results and present findings to senior leadership.
• Transition into a full‑time role in Sales, Operations, Product, or a functional area after program completion.

Required profile

• Expected graduation date of December 2025.
• Demonstrated leadership through extracurricular activities, internships, clubs, or volunteer work.
• Willingness to be fully mobile and work onsite at various locations across Colombia.
• Hard‑working, accountable, problem‑solver with a strong desire to learn and succeed.
• Intellectually curious, collaborative, and able to thrive in fast‑paced, multi‑functional environments.
