Global Onboarding Experience Advisor

About the role

The Global Onboarding Experience Advisor supports the coordination and administration of recruitment and onboarding activities for Scotiabank in Colombia. This role ensures a smooth transition for new hires by managing offer letters, contracts, orientation scheduling, and providing guidance throughout the onboarding process.

Key responsibilities

• Administer offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding packages, maintaining accurate documentation for new hires.
• Coordinate orientation sessions, track attendance, and ensure timely completion of employment‑related documents such as reference checks.
• Provide support for escalated recruitment inquiries and run regular performance reports against service level agreements.
• Maintain data accuracy and integrity of employee records and position management changes.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in recruitment or onboarding coordination (desired).
• Bilingual English/Spanish (spoken and written).
• Technical or undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
