Global Social Media Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Global Social Media Coordinator to shape Gallagher’s presence on LinkedIn and Facebook. The role involves creating and coordinating high‑quality content that engages audiences worldwide while supporting regional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and schedule social media posts, carousels, animations and short‑form videos using Canva.
• Collaborate with regional stakeholders to tailor content for local markets while ensuring brand consistency.
• Monitor and respond to community interactions across LinkedIn and Facebook in a timely manner.
• Collect and analyse performance metrics, producing reports that highlight insights and improvement opportunities.
• Stay up‑to‑date with social media trends, pilot new formats, tools and channels.
• Ensure all content complies with Gallagher’s global brand guidelines, accessibility standards and governance policies.

Required profile

• 1‑3+ years of experience in social media coordination, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Strong visual eye for design and brand consistency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across time zones and manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Canva for creating visual assets.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and Facebook platforms for B2B audiences.
• Basic analytics skills to interpret social media performance data.
