Global Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

KLG, a global leader in international education now owned by Inspirit Capital, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Bogota. The role leads a consistent, scalable and high-quality recruitment service across the business globally, helping to shape the future of recruitment by standardising processes, applying global best practice and supporting the evolution of the recruitment operating model during business transformation. It combines hands-on recruitment delivery with process improvement, stakeholder management and recruitment technology implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to deliver end-to-end recruitment activities.
• Support the implementation of interim recruitment solutions during the post-carve-out transition period.
• Work with regional HR teams to evaluate and adopt a global recruitment solution.
• Support the design and implementation of the recruitment module within HiBob.
• Ensure recruitment processes are aligned globally while remaining responsive to local market requirements.
• Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and hiring managers.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related discipline.
• 4-6 years' experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or talent management.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions, preferably multiple countries or regions.
• Preferred: experience in a shared services, regional or global recruitment environment, and in recruitment process improvement, transformation or HR technology projects.
• Demonstrated experience building relationships with business stakeholders and hiring managers.
• Advanced written and spoken English; ability to work with global stakeholders.

Required skills

• Strong interviewing, candidate assessment and sourcing skills.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS platforms and recruitment reporting tools.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment legislation.
• Advantageous: experience with HiBob or supporting HR systems implementation.
