GMP Technician

About the role

The GMP Technician ensures that assigned cleanroom areas remain clean, orderly, and compliant with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards. You will work closely with team members, follow written and verbal instructions, and support shift leads in daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and sanitized GMP environment, including walls, floors, windows, and equipment.
• Perform repetitive cleaning and sanitization tasks while adhering to SOPs.
• Complete daily FN logs and report maintenance issues.
• Support shift lead with punch‑list items, work orders, and area fill‑in duties.
• Use proper personal protective equipment and follow gowning procedures.
• Communicate professionally with supervisors, co‑workers, and customers.
• Observe safety rules, stop risky behavior, and act as a safety role model.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• 6 months to 1 year of cleaning or GMP‑related experience (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license may be required.
• Certification in CPR/AED/First Aid and forklift operation is a plus.

Required skills

• Operation of cleaning equipment and knowledge of cleaning compounds.
• Forklift operation.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification.
• Understanding of GMP protocols and gowning procedures.
• Chemical safety awareness.
