Go-to-Market Director, Delivery

About the role

Slalom is seeking a Go-to-Market Director, Delivery in Bogota to lead and scale a high‑performing delivery team. The role partners with U.S. client teams to design blended onshore/offshore delivery models and fosters a strong local culture.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Delivery capability team in Bogota, managing complex projects across budget, schedule, scope, risk and integration.
• Participate in hiring, staffing, workforce planning and ensure the right‑skilled talent pool for market‑dedicated capabilities.
• Coach, mentor and develop a small team of direct reports and broader practitioners within the Capability community.
• Contribute to billable delivery work as a Delivery Solution Lead or SME with a utilization target of 45%.

Required profile

• 10+ years of management consulting experience delivering technology and business transformations.
• Proven track record building, scaling and leading high‑performing teams, including talent development and performance management.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and executive communication skills.

Required skills

• Agile delivery tools and methodologies (Scrum, SAFe).
• Technology implementation experience (enterprise platforms, data migration).
• Project lifecycle management from business case to closeout.
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
