Go to Market Engineer Lead

About the role

Yuno is looking for a Lead Go‑to‑Market (GTM) Engineer to define and own the AI and automation strategy for its pre‑sales organization. This senior individual contributor will act as the technical authority for Solutions Engineers, shaping how AI tools improve discovery, demos, RFP responses, and proof‑of‑concept delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the AI/automation roadmap for the pre‑sales team.
• Design, build, and deploy AI agents and workflow automations that support technical discovery, demo preparation, and POC execution.
• Map the end‑to‑end pre‑sales process to identify high‑impact automation opportunities.
• Automate RFP/RFI, security, and compliance questionnaire responses.
• Integrate AI tools with CRM, proposal, and knowledge‑management systems.
• Establish technical standards and best practices for AI tooling across the pre‑sales function.
• Mentor other GTM Engineers and serve as a technical reference for the team.
• Partner with Solutions Engineering and Sales leadership to translate business priorities into a clear automation roadmap.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering, automation, or AI‑focused roles.
• Proven ability to lead complex technical initiatives in fast‑moving environments.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and resilience in ambiguous situations.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with sales, engineering, and leadership teams.
