Senior SAP Consultant – Data Modelling for Banking

About the role

As a Senior Consultant specializing in SAP Financial Data Services (FDS) and data modelling, you will support banking clients in Colombia on their digital transformation journeys. You will work remotely, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to design, build and deploy data integration and reporting solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client data‑management and reporting requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design and implement data models that enable analytical applications and reporting across SAP FDS, SAP BW on HANA or SAP BW/4HANA.
• Develop and configure data integration flows, ensuring seamless data movement between source systems and SAP platforms.
• Collaborate with software development, sales and consulting teams to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.

Required profile

• University degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT transformation projects, preferably in the banking sector.
• Willingness to travel up to 50 % of the time.
• Strong customer‑focused attitude and excellent English communication skills.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with SAP FDS, SAP BW on HANA or SAP BW/4HANA.
• Data modelling using ABAP Dictionary, SQL, SAP HANA or SAP BTP.
• Familiarity with AI agents and Claude code is a plus.
