Zoho Specialist – Automation Engineer

About the role

Huzzle is seeking a Zoho Specialist and Automation Engineer to design and maintain automated workflows across the Zoho One suite. This remote, full‑time contractor role will serve as the internal technical lead for system integrations and process optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain custom end‑to‑end automations in Zoho CRM, Books and Creator.
• Write and optimise Deluge scripts for complex logic, API integrations and data triggers.
• Build sophisticated workflows, blueprints and custom functions to eliminate manual tasks.
• Integrate Zoho applications with third‑party tools via REST APIs and middleware.
• Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity, security and performance.
• Lead system upgrades, troubleshooting and continuous process improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Zoho Specialist or Automation Engineer within the Zoho One ecosystem.
• Expert‑level proficiency in Deluge scripting.
• Strong background in business process mapping and translating operational needs into technical architecture.
• Hands‑on experience with API integrations (JSON, XML, RESTful services).
• Advanced analytical skills for troubleshooting automation failures and data discrepancies.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
