Support Engineer (Junior) – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Support Engineer to join a fast‑growing AI‑powered digital validation platform serving the life‑sciences sector. This remote, full‑time position offers the chance to work with modern web technologies while directly assisting customers with technical issues.

Key responsibilities

• Learn and understand the company’s Next.js, React, Node.js, and Supabase architecture.
• Investigate and reproduce customer‑reported bugs across the platform.
• Use AI‑assisted tools such as Cursor to trace errors and identify root causes.
• Write clean TypeScript code to fix bugs and improve stability on both frontend and backend.
• Communicate solutions clearly via customer‑facing emails.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, and Engineering teams to prioritize fixes.
• Document common issues and troubleshooting processes in internal knowledge bases.

Required profile

• Basic experience with JavaScript and TypeScript development.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent written English communication and ability to explain technical concepts to customers.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and manage priorities with minimal supervision.
