Product Manager

About the role

Huzzle is looking for a strategic and execution‑oriented Product Manager to lead the development and evolution of its core product offerings. This fully remote position sits at the intersection of business, technology, and user experience, turning high‑level vision into actionable roadmaps for a global customer base.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market research and customer insights.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to lead the full product lifecycle from discovery to launch.
• Translate complex user needs into detailed functional requirements and user stories.
• Prioritize the product backlog, balancing technical debt, feature requests, and long‑term goals.
• Analyze performance metrics and user feedback to iterate on features and drive continuous improvement.
• Act as the primary advocate for the customer, ensuring seamless and intuitive experiences.

Required profile

• 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in a fast‑paced technology or SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of shipping successful products and managing entire product lifecycles.
• Strong analytical skills with data‑driven decision‑making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or MS is a plus.

Required skills

• Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Product management tools such as Jira or Linear.
• Experience working with APIs and data architecture.
• Understanding of UI/UX design principles and wireframing.
