GTM Support Analyst (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev, a technology project company with more than 15 years of experience and a remote-first team of 4,000+ people, is hiring a GTM Support Analyst. You will be the first line of support for the GTM teams, working closely with multiple teams and their leaders across the selling cycle. The role gives a holistic view of the commercial process and handles onboarding, documentation and reporting on demand.

Key responsibilities

• Act as an administrative assistant for the commercial teams.
• Coordinate the onboarding process and its materials for the commercial teams.
• Draft reports that may later be taken over by other controlling areas.
• Support communication and event activities related to relevant programs of work.
• Build deep knowledge of the supported areas' processes and value propositions to support various initiatives.

Required profile

• 2-7 years of experience in support roles, ideally supporting sales or commercial teams.
• Background as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, Receptionist, or in Commercial Support, Client Services or Customer Support.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Office Package or GSuite.
