Head of Human Resources – LATAM

About the role

Evolution is seeking a senior HR leader to drive people strategy across its Latin America operations. As Head of Human Resources LATAM, you will partner with senior leaders to build a high‑performance culture and support the company’s rapid growth in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and adapt Evolution’s global HR strategy for LATAM markets, including budgeting and business planning.
• Design and execute HR initiatives covering talent acquisition, learning & development, engagement, compensation & benefits, employer branding, health & safety, performance management, HR analytics and administration.
• Lead recruitment strategies to attract top talent for gaming operations, management and support functions, while reducing turnover.
• Collaborate with global and local employer branding teams to position Evolution as an employer of choice.
• Oversee HR and recruitment projects for new locations, from research through launch.
• Mentor and develop HR team members across LATAM sites.
