Head of Marketing (Remote, Contractor)

About the role

KeyMik is seeking a strategic, creative, and data‑driven Head of Marketing to lead its global marketing organization. This senior executive will shape the overall marketing strategy, drive brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and accelerate revenue growth for a fast‑growing marketing agency.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Build, lead, and mentor a high‑performing, cross‑functional marketing team.
• Define annual marketing budgets, KPIs, and performance metrics.
• Oversee brand management, ensuring consistent visual identity and messaging across all channels.
• Design and run integrated demand‑generation campaigns (SEO, content, email, social, paid media, webinars, events, affiliate and referral programs).
• Manage website optimization, landing pages, marketing automation, lead nurturing, and CRO.
• Produce and supervise content creation (blogs, videos, podcasts, newsletters, case studies).
• Launch new services and platform features with go‑to‑market plans and sales collateral.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading marketing teams in a digital‑agency or growth‑focused environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with a track record of measurable lead generation and revenue impact.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to align marketing initiatives with sales and product teams.
• Entrepreneurial attitude, comfortable working in a fast‑paced, remote setting.
