Influencer Marketing Specialist

About the role

Manage influencer marketing campaigns from strategy to execution, building strong relationships with creators and clients while delivering impactful results aligned with campaign objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop influencer marketing strategies aligned with client objectives and campaign goals.
• Research, identify, and select influencers and content creators that fit each campaign's target audience and brand positioning.
• Manage relationships and negotiations with influencers, agencies, and external partners.
• Coordinate campaign execution from planning through delivery, ensuring timelines and milestones are met.
• Review, monitor, and approve influencer content to ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
• Track campaign performance, monitor key metrics, and prepare performance reports with insights and recommendations.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Creator Marketing, or Digital Marketing.
• Previous experience in marketing, advertising, communication, or influencer agencies is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of influencer marketing strategies, campaign planning, and performance analysis.
• Experience negotiating and managing relationships with content creators and talent representatives.
• Advanced English proficiency.
