Email & SMS Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized, hands‑on Email & SMS Manager to own the day‑to‑day execution and optimization of our retention marketing program. You will work closely with the Head of Growth and the Email Designer to drive revenue and customer retention.

Key responsibilities

• Own the weekly and monthly Email & SMS calendar and manage campaigns from concept through launch.
• Build and optimize lifecycle flows such as Welcome, Abandoned Cart, Post‑Purchase, Winback, and other retention flows.
• Develop campaign concepts, messaging, segmentation and translate strategy into clear briefs for the designer.
• Conduct full QA of emails and SMS before launch, reviewing copy, links, CTAs, personalization, rendering and tracking.
• Monitor campaigns post‑launch, flag issues quickly, and provide weekly performance reporting with actionable insights.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on Email & SMS experience, preferably in DTC/e‑commerce.
• Strong organizational skills with a detail‑oriented, proactive mindset.
• Ability to work independently, create structure, and communicate issues and opportunities without prompting.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Klaviyo or similar lifecycle marketing platforms.
• Experience using Notion and Figma for campaign proposals, briefs, flow maps, and presentations.
