Ads Creative Strategist for E‑commerce Marketing

About the role

The Ads Creative Strategist will deliver high‑quality creative media for e‑commerce clients, focusing on TikTok and Instagram Reels trends. You will work remotely, collaborating with content creators and occasionally directly with clients.

Key responsibilities

• Research and select content creators that match each brand’s customer avatar and campaign goals.
• Develop detailed script briefs, including B‑roll footage concepts, aligned with current TikTok and Instagram trends.
• Communicate project scope to creators, coordinate teams, and ensure timely delivery.
• Perform quality control on video ad variations to guarantee compliance with brand guidelines.
• Provide constructive feedback to creators and maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of social‑media trends.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram Reels algorithms and trends.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously during office hours (Mon‑Fri, 3‑6 PM BCN time) and meet deadlines.
• Stable internet connection, laptop/PC, and fluency in English.

Required skills

• Experience creating engaging short‑form video content across multiple niches.
• Proven ability to craft script briefs and video concepts based on social‑media trends.
• Familiarity with remote collaboration tools and virtual video conferences.
