Senior Media Buyer

About the role

We are looking for a high‑performance Senior Media Buyer to own and scale paid acquisition efforts for our client, a fast‑growing performance‑marketing consultancy. The role is fully remote and requires strategic, data‑driven decision‑making to meet aggressive ROAS targets.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch, and manage multi‑channel paid media campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok and other platforms.
• Monitor daily performance, optimise bids, budgets and targeting for maximum efficiency.
• Lead creative strategy by analysing data and providing actionable insights to the content team.
• Conduct rigorous A/B testing on ad copy, landing pages and creative assets.
• Scale accounts profitably while adhering to client KPIs and growth objectives.
• Provide detailed reporting and translate complex data into strategic recommendations for leadership.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional performance media buying experience, focused on D2C or lead generation.
• Proven track record managing monthly spends of $100k+ with strong ROI/ROAS results.
• Deep expertise in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads and emerging social platforms.
• Advanced analytical skills and experience with attribution tools such as Triple Whale or Hyros.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced environment.
