Performance Marketer (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a data‑driven Performance Marketer to design and execute paid acquisition strategies across multiple digital channels. You will manage significant budgets, optimize campaigns, and turn full‑funnel data into actionable insights that drive scalable revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and manage end‑to‑end performance campaigns on Meta, Google, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Monitor daily performance, adjust bids, budgets and creative assets to maximise ROI.
• Conduct continuous A/B testing on ad copy, landing pages and audience targeting.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop high‑performing visual assets based on quantitative feedback.
• Analyse full‑funnel data to identify bottlenecks and growth opportunities.
• Report KPIs such as CAC, LTV and ROAS to leadership on a weekly and monthly basis.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of hands‑on performance or growth marketing experience.
• Proven track record of managing high‑volume spend while meeting efficiency targets.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret complex data sets and communicate findings.
• Excellent copywriting skills for high‑conversion advertising.
