Marketing Assistant

About the role

Join IFF’s global Taste organization in Bogota as a Marketing Assistant. You will work in a hybrid setting, partnering with sales, SCI, and C&A teams to turn market insights into growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Partner closely with Sales, SCI, and C&A teams to identify customer needs, market opportunities, and growth initiatives.
• Research, monitor, and analyze local and international market trends, consumer behaviors, and industry developments.
• Support the development and promotion of new concepts, demonstrations, and value‑added solutions for customers.
• Assist in creating customer presentations, marketing materials, and commercial storytelling initiatives.
• Manage and leverage market intelligence databases to support decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Food Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B or B2C marketing within food, flavors, ingredients, consumer goods, or related industries.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with intermediate to advanced English proficiency.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and information management tools.
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and basic graphic design fundamentals.
