HR Analyst (Junior HR Generalist)

About the role

A proactive and organized HR Generalist Junior is sought to join the Human Resources team in Bogotá. The role supports several HR processes, especially recruitment, payroll, employee activities and labour relations. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, has good communication skills and enjoys working closely with employees and different teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support recruitment and selection processes for different positions
• Coordinate onboarding processes and employee documentation
• Assist with payroll processes and employee records
• Support employee engagement, internal communication and wellbeing initiatives
• Provide support in employee relations and basic conflict resolution
• Ensure compliance with Colombian labour laws and internal policies
• Assist with performance follow-up and HR administrative tasks
• Maintain HR databases and employee information up to date
• Help maintain HR projects and day-to-day operations

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field
• 1 year of experience in Human Resources or administrative roles
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Colombian labour legislation
• Experience supporting payroll and recruitment processes
• Good organisational and communication skills; proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• Intermediate English is a plus
