HR Business Partner Manager

About the role

The HR Business Partner Manager will shape and execute our HR strategy, aligning people initiatives with business objectives. Working closely with senior leaders, this role drives HR excellence across the country while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop the local HR team and business leaders.
• Implement regional HR programs, policies and practices, adapting them to local needs.
• Partner with senior leaders to align talent management, employee engagement and performance initiatives with business goals.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, compensation, benefits, performance management and employee development operations.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
• Coordinate HR projects, monitor metrics and provide insights to senior leadership.
• Promote diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives and facilitate cross‑cultural collaboration.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of HR experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and local labor legislation.
• Analytical, strategic thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
