HR Business Partner Manager

About the role

The HR Business Partner Manager plays a strategic role in shaping and executing our HR strategy. Working closely with senior leaders, this position drives HR initiatives, ensures alignment with business goals, and promotes a culture of continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop the HR team and business leaders, ensuring regional programs and policies are implemented locally.
• Partner with senior leaders to align HR initiatives with business objectives, act as a trusted advisor, and drive talent management strategies.
• Oversee HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, compensation, benefits, performance management and employee development.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and coordinate HR projects for timely delivery.
• Promote diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives and facilitate cross‑cultural communication between local HR teams and the HR Director.
• Develop and monitor HR and business metrics, providing regular insights to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of HR experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and local labor regulations.
• Analytical, strategic thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
