HR Business Partner – Regional Operations

About the role

DHL Express is seeking an HR Business Partner to support its regional operations in Colombia. You will act as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, aligning people strategy with business objectives and enhancing the overall employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders on promotions, internal mobility, compensation changes, and employee recognition.
• Translate business priorities into effective HR solutions, supporting workforce planning and organizational development.
• Identify talent and organizational risks and propose mitigation actions.
• Drive performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to attract and hire top talent.
• Promote employee engagement initiatives that strengthen culture.
• Handle employee relations matters, investigations, performance issues, and conflict resolution while ensuring compliance with labor legislation.
• Work with Compensation & Benefits to implement salary reviews, incentive programs, and benefits.
• Lead and support HR projects across multiple regions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Law, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Generalist.
• Experience supporting multiple locations or decentralized workforces.
• Upper‑Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency (B2).
• Postgraduate studies in HR or Organizational Development are a plus.
