HR Business Partner - Regions

About the role

DHL Express is looking for an HR Business Partner for its regional operations in Colombia. As the primary HR partner for the region, you will act as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, helping execute the people strategy while supporting business growth and organizational effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders on people decisions such as promotions, internal mobility, compensation changes and employee recognition
• Translate business priorities into effective HR solutions
• Support workforce planning and organizational development initiatives
• Identify talent and organizational risks and recommend action plans
• Drive performance management, talent reviews and succession planning
• Work with Talent Acquisition teams to attract and hire top talent
• Promote employee engagement and lead initiatives that strengthen culture and employee experience
• Support employee relations matters, investigations, performance issues and conflict resolution in line with labor legislation and company policies
• Collaborate with Compensation & Benefits teams on salary reviews, incentive programs and benefits
• Lead and support HR projects and programs across multiple regions

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Law or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience
• At least 3 years as an HR Business Partner, Senior HR Generalist or in a similar strategic HR role
• Experience supporting multiple locations or decentralized workforces
• Upper-intermediate to advanced English (B2); postgraduate studies in HR, OD or related fields are a plus
