HR Business Partner (Remote)

About the role

INDI is seeking a proactive HR Business Partner to join its global Human Resources team. Working remotely, you will partner with business units to provide strategic HR guidance, drive retention initiatives, and ensure compliance with labor regulations across Argentina and Latin America.

Key responsibilities

• Hold regular meetings with business units and management to advise on HR matters.
• Analyze turnover trends and develop programs to improve employee retention.
• Monitor and apply legal requirements to minimise risk and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Interpret and communicate HR policies to managers and staff.
• Resolve complex employee issues across the organization.
• Support international employees with expatriation assignments and related HR processes.

Required profile

• Proactive, dynamic team player with strong organisational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Previous experience in a similar HR Business Partner role.
• Knowledge of labor regulations in Argentina and Latin America.
• Strong communication abilities and advanced English proficiency.
• Experience in the IT industry or regional HR responsibility is desirable.
