HR Operations Sr. Supervisor

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an experienced HR Operations Sr. Supervisor to lead recruitment and onboarding transactional activities across the region. The role focuses on standardization, efficiency, compliance, and supporting automation initiatives within Talent Acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Manage case intake, classification, escalation, and SLA delivery for recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Lead a team of Recruitment and Onboarding professionals, providing performance feedback, coaching, and development plans.
• Drive project‑based improvements, automation, and AI initiatives in Global Talent Acquisition.
• Ensure policy and legal compliance, maintain data confidentiality, and oversee daily huddles and workload distribution.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement programs, leveraging Six Sigma or Lean methodologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with 5‑7 years of relevant HR operations experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to manage change, prioritize workload, and maintain discretion.
• Fluent English (advanced); Portuguese is a plus.
