HR Workday Analyst

About the role

Charger Logistics is seeking a motivated HR Workday Analyst to join its growing HR department. The role is remote and operates on a morning shift (8:00 am – 3:00 pm). You will support compensation programs and performance management across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Support development and administration of base and variable compensation programs for various geographies.
• Improve compensation policies, procedures, and practices.
• Provide coaching during the annual Performance Management Review process and KPI/goal setting.
• Create, review, and analyze annual merit increase data and matrix charts.
• Manage execution of compensation policies, including pay‑for‑performance and incentive programs.
• Handle day‑to‑day compensation activities such as benchmarking, salary banding, bonus agreements, survey participation, job evaluation, and market competitiveness analysis.
• Deliver analytical insights on internal compensation to influence business decisions.
• Advise managers on performance management issues and facilitate performance‑gap discussions.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Fluent English.
• Strong numerical sense, data‑analytical capabilities, and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team while maintaining confidentiality.
• Excellent time‑management, multitasking, planning, and reporting skills.

Required skills

• Workday (mandatory knowledge).
• Workday integration experience (preferred).
