HRIS Analyst

About the role

Hatch Ltd. is looking for an English‑speaking HRIS Analyst to join its HR Shared Services team in Medellin. Reporting to the Regional HR Service Center Lead, you will work closely with the broader HR group to ensure a seamless employee experience across recruitment, onboarding, and day‑to‑day HR operations.

Key responsibilities

• Support the administrative side of new‑hire processes, including creating employee records in the HR system.
• Assist with pre‑boarding and onboarding activities, answering candidate questions and providing necessary materials.
• Organize and conduct new‑hire orientation, maintain employee files, and ensure all paperwork is completed and filed correctly.
• Perform general HR administration, provide policy guidance, and assist with payroll and local HR processes.
• Maintain both hard‑copy and digital employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and excellent administrative abilities.
• Experience handling confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in data entry and record management.
• Ability to work collaboratively with HR partners, managers, and employees.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and overall MS Office proficiency.
• Familiarity with ticketing tools such as Zendesk.
• Experience with HR technology platforms, specifically SAP and SuccessFactors.
