Recruiter – Talent Sourcing Specialist

About the role

The Recruiter will lead end‑to‑end sourcing operations for TransPerfect’s DataForce division in Medellín. You will combine precise administrative work with innovative sourcing strategies to build both crowd‑recruitment pools and specialized talent pipelines, supporting rapid scaling across North America and globally.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen, interview and qualify candidates for a variety of projects and programs.
• Conduct advanced job‑board research and create postings on multiple platforms and online communities.
• Apply out‑of‑the‑box sourcing techniques to locate niche or hard‑to‑find talent.
• Support crowd‑recruitment initiatives, building large, diverse pools of task‑based contributors.
• Maintain scalable sourcing funnels that can respond quickly to high‑volume hiring needs.
• Use social media and professional networks to attract high‑quality candidates.
• Communicate daily with candidates, ensuring timely and clear responses.
• Track recruitment KPIs, prepare internal reports and keep documentation accurate.
• Identify bottlenecks, propose and implement process improvements.
• Develop partnerships with universities, organizations and talent networks.

Required profile
