About the role
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to lead HR operations, employee engagement, and people management initiatives in Medellín, Colombia. This role is based on-site in our office.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day HR operations.
- Drive employee engagement and people management initiatives.
Required profile
- Proven experience in HR operations or HR Business Partner roles.
- Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle management.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Leadership experience preferred.
