About the role
Join our growing talent acquisition team as a Recruiter. You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across multiple business functions while working onsite in Medellín.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for various positions.
- Source candidates, conduct interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
Required profile
- Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
