Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager (HRBP & Payroll) to lead HR operations for our delivery centre. The role covers end‑to‑end HR processes, payroll, employee relations, compliance and partnership with business leaders to support growth.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, performance management and employee engagement.
• Own the monthly payroll process, validate attendance, overtime, incentives and coordinate with vendors and finance.
• Act as primary HR contact for employee concerns, manage disciplinary actions, grievances and investigations.
• Oversee onboarding, off‑boarding, maintain employee records and ensure data confidentiality.
• Prepare HR reports, dashboards and workforce analytics while ensuring compliance with local labour laws.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 5–8 years of HR experience, including payroll and employee relations.
• At least 2 years in an HR Business Partner or HR Manager role.
• Fluent Spanish and English (B2 level or above).
• Strong knowledge of Colombian labour regulations and payroll practices.

Required skills

• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
