Human Resources Business Partner Specialist

About the role

As a Human Resources Business Partner Specialist at Kuehne+Nagel, you will support the full employee lifecycle and help create an exceptional employee experience. You will act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, ensuring HR processes align with business objectives and drive operational excellence across the logistics network.

Key responsibilities

• Support recruitment, onboarding, development, performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
• Partner with managers to provide guidance on workforce planning, performance improvement, training needs and employee relations.
• Coordinate recruitment activities, monitor hiring progress, participate in final interviews and analyse recruitment KPIs.
• Manage onboarding to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
• Drive employee engagement programmes such as eNPS, GPTW action plans and recognition initiatives.
• Administer temporary contracts, internships, apprenticeships and other personnel processes.
• Support disciplinary actions, employee communications and HR administration while ensuring compliance with labour legislation and company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Social Work, Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist, Junior HR Business Partner or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of labour legislation, employee relations and disciplinary processes.
• Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement and training initiatives.
• Analytical ability to track and report HR KPIs.
• Intermediate English proficiency and willingness to travel within Bogotá and other cities.
