Human Resources Manager – LATC&C

About the role

Lesaffre is seeking a Human Resources Manager for its LATC&C region, covering Colombia, Peru and Ecuador, with future responsibility for Guatemala and Costa Rica. The role will design, propose and implement HR processes that support organizational development, talent attraction, training, labor relations, compensation and payroll.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and apply organizational development strategies aligned with corporate values and HR policies across the LATC&C subsidiaries.
• Lead talent attraction and selection processes, ensuring alignment with regional HR standards.
• Manage labor relations, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and maintaining industrial peace.
• Oversee payroll coordination, people review, salary review, job evaluations and performance assessments to ensure internal equity.
• Plan and execute annual training and development programs in partnership with area managers.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external audits, labor ministry requirements and HR policies.
• Prepare and manage the annual headcount budget and HR expenses for the region.
• Coordinate occupational health, safety and benefits activities in line with regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Administration or a related field.
• Fluent English and at least 10 years of experience in HR processes covering culture, labor relations, compensation, payroll, recruitment and selection.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, external audits and change initiatives.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of Colombian labor law.
• Expertise in recruitment and selection techniques.
