Network Recruiter (Full Time)

About the role

Join Intellect to expand its mental health service provider network across LATAM and the US. You will recruit, onboard, and match qualified mental health professionals with client needs, ensuring confidentiality and high‑quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard mental health professionals to provide ad‑hoc psychological support.
• Assess client needs and match them with appropriate providers using a proprietary database.
• Maintain accurate applicant information in the ATS and provider database.
• Respond promptly to provider inquiries within defined turnaround times.
• Distribute provider guidelines and application materials to external affiliates.
• Review provider applications and supporting documentation for completeness.
• Uphold strict confidentiality of client information.
• Communicate provider information effectively to hiring managers and manage caseload efficiently.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Fluent proficiency in English.
• Experience with database management of candidates.
• Background in remote work environments.
• Experience in a fast‑growing startup.
