Full-Cycle Recruiter – Agency

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Full‑Cycle Recruiter with a strong agency background to own the end‑to‑end hiring process for a fast‑growing client. The role is fully remote and focuses on high‑volume, proactive sourcing across multiple functions.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers and closing candidates.
• Conduct high‑volume outbound sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referral networks, Boolean strings and Google X‑Ray techniques.
• Build and maintain pipelines for multiple open positions while ensuring speed and quality.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring timelines.
• Track recruitment metrics and optimise processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of agency recruitment experience.
• Proven track record of managing the full recruitment lifecycle in high‑volume environments.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and candidate‑closing skills.
• Highly organised, self‑motivated and target‑driven.
