About the role
Intellect is expanding its mental health service provider network across the Americas. As a Network Recruiter you will source, assess, and onboard qualified mental‑health professionals to deliver ad‑hoc psychological support to clients.
Key responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard mental‑health professionals using the company’s proprietary database.
- Maintain accurate applicant and provider information in the ATS and provider database.
- Respond promptly to provider inquiries and distribute guidelines and application materials.
- Review applications and supporting documentation for completeness and confidentiality.
- Match client needs with appropriate providers and communicate provider details to hiring managers.
- Proactively manage a caseload to ensure efficient service delivery.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Experience recruiting non‑local candidates and managing candidate databases.
- Background in a fast‑growing startup environment.
- Availability to start immediately.
