Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Infoquest is expanding its new Bogotá office and seeks a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruitment and shape the employee experience. You will work closely with leadership to attract top talent, improve HR processes, and foster a positive culture in a fast‑growing startup.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer, and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Lead onboarding sessions, introduce company policies, and ensure a smooth experience for new hires.
• Maintain employee records, draft employment documents, coordinate payroll, and support HR policy improvement.
• Act as point of contact for employee questions, organize team‑building events, and monitor satisfaction through surveys.
• Coordinate quarterly performance reviews, support managers, and assist in learning & development initiatives.

Required profile

• 2‑4+ years of experience in talent acquisition or HR.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time‑management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining confidentiality.
• Proactive mindset with ownership and problem‑solving attitude.
