Immigration Case Manager (English‑Spanish)

About the role

We are seeking an Immigration Case Manager fluent in English and Spanish to join a U.S.-based immigration law firm. The role involves independently handling family‑based immigration cases from intake through final resolution while serving as the primary client contact.

Key responsibilities

• Manage immigration cases from intake to final resolution, ensuring all filings, deadlines, and milestones are met.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates, preparing them for interviews, and coordinating with attorneys on case strategy.
• Gather, review, and organize supporting documentation and prepare immigration filing packages (I‑130, I‑485, I‑765, I‑131, I‑864, consular processing, waivers).
• Track USCIS updates, RFEs, biometrics appointments, interviews, and case deadlines, and conduct detailed case reviews to identify potential issues.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Immigration Case Manager, independently managing cases from start to finish.
• Strong experience with Family‑Based Immigration and Adjustment of Status processes.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal) with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle a high‑volume caseload with minimal supervision.
