Implementation Consultant – B2B Client Onboarding

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Implementation Consultant to lead B2B client onboarding, guiding customers through the full implementation lifecycle from kickoff to Go‑Live.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end implementation projects, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring a seamless transition to a live product.
• Conduct discovery sessions to map clients’ procurement and financial processes and translate requirements into customized workflows.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, data mapping, validation and migration of vendor lists, budgets, item catalogs and other business data.
• Coordinate internal and client‑side stakeholders, mitigate risks and resolve technical dependencies.
• Deliver interactive workshops and onboarding sprints that enable clients to operate the platform independently.
• Create structured enablement resources such as deployment playbooks, configuration guides and short video workflows.
• Partner with Sales, Product and QA teams to escalate blockers and turn client feedback into product improvements.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in B2B SaaS implementation, project management or customer‑success roles.
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken, with confidence in leading business meetings.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with business metrics and data.
• Experience configuring complex B2B SaaS, ERP or CRM systems and guiding organizational change.
• Proactive, customer‑oriented attitude with excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets for data validation and analysis.
• API integration and troubleshooting.
