Implementation Specialist

About the role

Mastercard is seeking an Implementation Specialist to lead processing implementation projects from planning through post‑implementation. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure high‑quality, reliable delivery of electronic payments solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Execute end‑to‑end processing implementation projects, handling both technical and non‑technical aspects.
• Assess and document customer needs, translating them into implementation activities.
• Identify and provide required documentation (contracts, agreements, forms) and guide customers through Mastercard processing rules.
• Manage multiple projects in parallel, acting as the primary contact for internal areas such as Franchising, Legal, Product, and Finance.
• Promptly address issues during execution, propose solutions, and coordinate responsibilities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Exact Sciences or Business.
• PMP certification (or equivalent) is desired.
• Strong technical knowledge of networks, communication protocols, hardware/software platforms and testing environments.
• Ability to understand business requirements and align them with technical implementation.
• Excellent customer interaction and project management skills.
• Team player capable of working in cross‑functional environments.
