Information Technology Infrastructure Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure/Systems Engineer to design, build, and support corporate networks, servers, storage, and telephony across on‑premises and cloud environments. The role requires a strong background in enterprise networking, cloud platforms, and SOX‑regulated environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and support corporate networks, servers, storage, telephony and systems with a focus on security and fault tolerance.
• Provide technical leadership and act as an escalation point for day‑to‑day operations across multiple teams.
• Plan and execute infrastructure projects, including device lifecycle support, vulnerability remediation and documentation.
• Mentor junior staff and manage vendor relationships for hardware, software and services.

Required profile

• 6+ years of hands‑on engineering experience with enterprise LAN/WAN, servers and storage.
• Upper‑intermediate English proficiency and ability to work independently in a fast‑growth, 24x7 international environment.
• Experience with SOX compliance, disaster recovery and business continuity planning.

Required skills

• Palo Alto, Cisco and Juniper networking equipment.
• Firewalls, switches, wireless (physical and virtual) deployment and administration.
• Microsoft Server OS, Active Directory and Office 365 suite (Mail, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• AWS and Azure cloud compute and storage services.
• Patch deployment, vulnerability remediation and device lifecycle management.
