Inside Sales Account Manager, CCA

About the role

Axis Communications is seeking a proactive Inside Sales Account Manager to support existing and new customers across the Caribbean and Central America. The role works closely with sales teams and distribution channels to drive demand generation and recruit new business partners.

Key responsibilities

• Qualify and recruit network video/security integrators, software developers, consultants, and complementary hardware providers into Axis Channel Partner Programs.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers to achieve Inside Sales initiatives, quotas, and objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners, end‑users, and distributors to sell Axis solutions.
• Process sales leads and inquiries in the CRM, assist with partner pages, project pricing, and maintain the weekly pipeline.
• Participate in trade shows, seminars, Axis academies, webinars, and other promotional sales activities.

Required profile

• Customer‑focused with a passion for sales and meeting targets.
• Good knowledge of physical security applications, design, and IT/Networking.
• Strong selling, listening, and presentation skills.
• Persistent, proactive, and able to motivate in a time‑sensitive environment.
• 3‑5 years of industry sales experience preferred.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Salesforce and phone systems.
