About the role
We are seeking an Intake Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients of a U.S. boutique law firm. The role involves conducting legal intake interviews, managing high‑volume calls, and ensuring accurate documentation of case information.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct legal intake interviews and gather detailed case information.
- Handle high‑volume inbound and outbound calls while documenting information in real time.
- Accurately record case details in CRM and legal case management systems.
- Perform preliminary research and case assessments.
- Schedule consultations with attorneys.
Required profile
- Minimum 6 months of legal intake experience with a law firm or legal services provider.
- Experience supporting U.S. clients.
- Advanced English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Ability to manage back‑to‑back calls while documenting information.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and multitasking abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency with LeadDocket.
- Experience using CRM and/or legal case management systems.
