Integration Consultant

About the role

TMF Group is seeking an Integration Consultant to support the delivery of integration services for clients using various HCM and ERP systems. You will design, implement, and maintain integration solutions while collaborating with global teams and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain integration solutions based on client requirements, supporting rollout of new integrations and enhancements.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for TMF global integration solutions, working with APIs, web services, and integration frameworks.
• Partner with clients, onboarding teams, and technology partners to gather requirements, lead blueprinting workshops, and present technical solutions.
• Maintain project plans, monitor progress, escalate risks, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience working on integrations involving HCM and ERP systems.
• Strong client‑facing consulting experience and ability to work in an international, multicultural environment.
• Advanced or fluent English and excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• APIs, REST, SOAP, XML, XSLT, SQL, ETL processes.
• Workday Integration Cloud / Cloud Connect, Oracle Integration Cloud, SAP CPI or similar platforms.
• Version control tools such as Git or SVN.
• Microsoft Visio, PowerPoint, Word, Power BI, CRM platforms, project management tools.
