iOS Developer

About the role

Scotiatech, a unit of Scotia GBS/GSG Colombia, is looking for an iOS Developer to design and develop native iOS applications using Swift. The role also covers security, performance and integration work, and collaboration with UX/UI, QA and Product teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop native iOS apps using Swift
• Maintain scalable architectures using patterns such as MVVM and SOLID
• Implement secure development practices, including data protection, secure credential management and vulnerability prevention
• Take part in technical risk assessments and propose mitigation solutions
• Analyze and fix vulnerabilities found in static/dynamic security scans and penetration tests
• Ensure code quality through code reviews, automated testing and best practices
• Optimize performance, security and user experience
• Integrate apps securely with APIs and backend services
• Take part in Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with UX/UI, QA and Product teams

Required profile

• +2 years of experience with Swift and Objective-C
• English level B2
