Solution Architect - Salesforce CRM

About the role

Salvatech, which connects Colombian talent with international companies, offers a full-time, long-term remote position as a Salesforce CRM Solution Architect based in Colombia. The consultant leads core CRM implementations for U.S. clients in regulated industries, working with a Project Manager on each engagement and owning the solution end to end. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST, and the role requires advanced English and Spanish.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery and consulting sessions with clients using a consultative approach.
• Lead core CRM implementations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Design solutions and technical architecture focused on usability and scalability, with minimal technical debt.
• Document solution designs and secure client approval.
• Oversee and take part in build work and quality assurance, building or testing solutions yourself when needed.
• Partner with the Project Manager so that all project tasks are completed on time and within scope.
• Manage implementations through to completion, including thorough documentation, and conduct solution walkthroughs and support go-live.
• Understand how CRM solutions integrate with other clouds such as Marketing Cloud.

Required profile

• 5+ years of Salesforce experience as an Implementation Consultant, Business Analyst, Solution Architect or Systems Consultant.
• Proven experience leading core CRM implementations (Sales, Service and Experience Cloud).
• Professional services background, managing multiple client projects simultaneously under a billable-hours model.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Nice to have: Financial Services Cloud, Health Cloud or Life Sciences Cloud expertise; Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant); general knowledge of Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud or MuleSoft; experience with Agentforce or AI-related projects.

Required skills

• Hands-on Salesforce skills, able to design across clouds and integrations.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, with confidence leading sessions with U.S.-based clients.
