IT Manager

About the role

Galderma, a dermatology company active in about 90 countries, is looking for an IT Manager who can combine initiative with teamwork and collaboration. The role leads the local IT team, acts as a business partner to local leadership and covers ERP, business intelligence, project management, IT operations, security, budget and training.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of IT strategy in the region and guide the local IT team toward regional and global IT objectives
• Act as a business partner to local leadership, ensuring IT solutions meet business needs
• Handle ERP issues with Shared Services and keep ERP knowledge aligned across local teams (iScala ERP preferred)
• Drive BI initiatives with tools such as Azure DataBricks and Power BI
• Maintain the local application portfolio, manage local IT projects and coordinate with business teams on process automation
• Manage vendors against SLAs, oversee end-user support and escalate to global teams or third parties when needed
• Report performance to upper management and advise local management on IT matters
• Ensure IT security and compliance, promote security awareness and follow up on the local IT budget
• Train management and staff on IT topics and share best practices

Required profile

• 8+ years in IT leadership roles
• Experience working closely with business teams to understand needs and deliver results
• Broad knowledge of IT infrastructure, tools and applications
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Spanish and English
• Familiarity with IT security activities (training, awareness, policies, assessment)
