IT Recruiter - Remote

About the role

BairesDev, a technology project company with more than 15 years of experience and a team of 4,000+ remote professionals, is looking for an IT Recruiter to join its Recruiting Team. The recruiter will take part in projects built around multicultural teams spread across the world, working on full-cycle IT recruitment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviews, technical exams, candidate presentations and closing.
• Help organise candidates' interviews with clients, prepare candidates and follow up after interviews.
• Negotiate with candidates and start the hiring process.
• Understand each client's and vacancy's requirements and tailor the recruitment accordingly.
• Work with the sales team to support business development.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience as a recruiter.
• At least 1 year of experience in full-life-cycle IT recruiting.
• Bachelor's degree or at least 2+ years of work experience in the field.
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills, strong self-management, and good analytical and teamwork abilities.
• Advanced English level.
